How can I contact support?

Use the contact or support options published on the site. For billing issues include your account email and transaction details. Feedback may be available from the header when logged in.

Before you write

  • Note the page you were on and what you clicked.
  • Include error text or a screenshot if something failed.
  • For payments, attach PayPal receipt or transaction id.
