Can I get a refund?

Refund rules depend on our policy and applicable law. Coins are usually non-refundable once credited. Contact support with order details if you believe a charge was wrong or a service failed.

General approach

Digital credits are often final once delivered. We may make exceptions for duplicate charges, proven technical failures, or other cases described in our terms or required by law.

How to request a review

Email or use the published support channel with: account email, date and amount, payment proof, and a short explanation. See also Terms of Service for contractual terms.
