For technical support, billing questions, or general help with the mobile app, please email us at support@ibloopo.com. We aim to respond within two business days. Include your app version and device model when reporting a bug.

About the app

IBloopo is a creative and sharing experience: you can create, discover, and share content with others in line with our community standards. Features may include publishing posts, sharing media, and interacting with content from other users, depending on the version you use.

Safety and user-generated content

We prohibit harassment, illegal content, spam, malware, and other abusive behaviour. Content you share must comply with our Terms of Service and applicable law. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

Report objectionable content or abuse

If you see content or behaviour that violates our rules or that you believe is illegal or harmful:

  • Use the in-app report or block tools on the relevant post or profile when available.
  • Or email support@ibloopo.com with a short description, screenshots if possible, and identifiers (username, post link, or approximate time). We review reports and take action when appropriate, including removal of content and enforcement against accounts.
